Reed Gone! Pardew In ..

Reed, who has managed just one victory since replacing Iain dowie at the helm, is to be replaced by former West Ham boss Alan Pardew who is to sign a three-and-a half-year deal at The Valley.

The club have said that they will make no comment on the issue until holding a press conference at 1.30pm on Boxing Day.
