The trip to ‘Boro takes place on Wednesday April 12th (8:05pm KO) and despite being on terrestrial television, fans are making a big effort to get to Teeside and cheer on the Addicks.
3000 tickets have already been sold within the first day, mainly thanks to free coach and train travel supplied by the club.
Queues outside the Charlton ticket office were so long, fans were moved inside the ground so that the main entrance could be kept clear for cars leaving and entering the ground.
All train travel tickets have been sold and a second plane taking fans from Gatwick Airport also sold out after all seats on the first one went within an hour. Free coach travel or making your own way up there are the only ways to now go and see the Addicks try and reach the semi-finals for the first time since 1947.
