After yesterdays comments from Charlton claiming Parker is not for sale, todays papers have now said that Chelsea will offers Joe Cole for Scott Parker. In my opinion this isnt a good move for Charlton. Joe Cole is a great player to be offered but Scott Parker can be one of the best midfielders in the Premiership.
