Gower set for Charlton bow
Mark Gower will be added to the Charlton squad for the visit of Bolton.
The midfielder has been building up his fitness over the international break following his loan switch from Swansea a fortnight ago.
The Addicks have also signed Burkina Faso international Florent Rouamba on a contract until the end of the season, but the defensive midfielder has to wait for a work permit and will not be involved at the weekend.
Manager Chris Powell revealed there has been some illness in the camp this week but is hopeful the majority of his squad will be available.
Defender Leon Cort needs a check on a knee injury and midfielder Danny Hollands remains sidelined with a fractured metatarsal.
New signings Robert Hall and Danny Butterfield are available to make their Bolton debuts.
West Ham forward Hall and Southampton centre-back Butterfield beat the emergency loan deadline to join Dougie Freedman's squad on Thursday and are most likely to feature among the substitutes.
Right-back Tyrone Mears (blood infection) remains on the sidelines along with Republic of Ireland international Keith Andrews (Achilles).
Andrews' fellow midfielder Mark Davies (knee) is a long-term absentee and Stuart Holden has joined Sheffield Wednesday on a month-long loan - the latest stage of his rehabilitation from a near two-year knee injury nightmare.
Wanderers are looking to get their belated play-off charge back on track after a 1-0 defeat at Ipswich before the international break ended a run of five consecutive wins.
