Pretty hard to say to be honest. This season we've had a host of players who've looked class one minute, awful the next. In defence Dean Gordon has proved to be awesome since signing last month.
Thomas Pinault, on his day, can out pass and out create anyone in the Football League. Up front Ashely Sestanovich is a real handful. So big, so strong and so fast. I'd opt for Sestanovich as the one to watch.
Your views on Charlton?
Well run club. One of the few teams other than Grimsby I'll cheer on.
Where do you think Grimsby will finish at the end of the season?
Hmmm. Not playing our best football at all at the minute, that said our first few games we threatened to win 10-0 so I can't see why we won't return to that. I'll stick my neck out and say we'll still win the league.
Your views on Clive Mendonca
Absolute legend. Best striker I've seen in a Town shirt. Shame injuries stopped him playing at the highest possible level.
Player for the future?
We've not really got any youngsters in our team at the minute. A large number of players are 22/23 but I wouldn't class that as youngsters. I'd guess Sestanovich is the one to keep an eye on, he will be something special.
